Featured Cold Case

Phylis Lewellen missing since Friday evening, December 27, 1996 from her home at 504 John St., near Kelso, WA.  At time of disappearance: age 36,   5'6", 120 pounds, long strawberry blond hair, blue-green eyes.  She has a distinct Southern accent and was wearing jeans, a white sweatshirt, a western-style coat and rubber-soled slippers when she disappeared. It is possible that Lewellen was photographed in Wyoming in 2005. Read more in the case file.
